Don't know if it's the same one but, the salad descrip says a sweetened vinaigrette dressing. Perhaps you could find a similar dressing in the ethnic section of the market tweek it a bit. Another idea is to troubleshoot or ask for a similar dressing recipe here. My experience - chefs won't give out their recipes. I tried once for a peel and eat shrimp dish at a Chinese restaurant.
